I saw the end comming from a mile away
In fact i couldn't wait until the day
When you would say u didn't want me anymore
I thought i had nothing to love for.

I thought it wouldn't hurt a bit if you left me then
And, really it did not hurt that much when
You said you were leaving me and wouldn't be back
But, what i thought i didn't need, i lack

It took me two steps away, and then i knew
I would be unhappy without you
I took you for grant it, and now you are gone
Without you i learned how you made me go on

It's sad to know that that was my chance
I should have stayed still and not tried to dance
