Winter

It's all over now,
Your smile is distant,
The glint of cold hatred in your eyes.
I feel winter coming on.
The calculated laugh,
The hollow heart beats,
Somewhere inside, danger sign flashes.
Has Jack Frost arrived?
The once warm caresses,
A lingering memory.
One time passionate kisses,
Fade away like smoke.
The fairy tale is shattered,
The love scattered,
And I sit alone and wonder,
Why is it I'm here?
How do I get back where I belong?
So as the sun sets,
And the winds blows cooler,
A small flake of white drifts to tickle my nose.
Winter, I see....such a chill.
I wrote this when I was thinking about someone. Is it bad?!?!
