without a try
you let us die
and made me cry
these tears are from you
you broke my heart

why couldn't you see

in the dark
all alone
with this broken heart

they tell me move on
its all over with
but they never knew you like i did
they don't understand why its you i miss
they say its for the best

you should know this is hard
and very confusing
i thought i played my part
but now i see..i've been losing
losing trust and independence
