I stand here waiting

Everyday we learn a little,
But somehow, today, I have learned alot.
Today I learned life is hard,
My brittle soul is lost, deeply scarred.
You have made it fragile.
Uncanny how I forget you everyday,
Uncanny how I have changed.
Shame I will never be the same,
"The more you change, the less you feel"
they say.
I stand searching;Knowing only to find myself lost again
Between pain and desire.
Stuck in fantasies with no ending,
Stuck outside in heavy vain;
Reflecting on nothing, only you I admire.
How I wish I could get away from here;
How I wish you would look back,
Just before you hear my heart crack.
I stand here unwillingly staring,
eyes wide shut,arm ripe to jut.
Today I learned quite much;
I still feel the chock of discovery;
worthless treasures should left untouched.
I know now life is hard,
I should have known,
I am destined to great misery.
Black past and regrets haunt,
Doubts troubling my thoughts,
Unworthy guilt telling I would ought not.
Your kiss will surely be missed,
Remember the demise caused by your selfishness.
I hope your mistake to be rewarding;
I hope your as happy as you are pretending;
My Life still pending,
I stand here waiting.
