"Gabriel, is that really you?"
"Yes, Angel, it's me."
Montana slowly walked up to him and smiled shyly. He looked the same... big massive
chest and big turquoise eyes that softened her heart.
"You look great, Gab."
"You look beautiful, Angel."
Montana took a deep breath and looked away.
"Why are you here, Gabriel, it's been..."
"Too long, baby."
She shook her head and stepped away from him. Gabriel was a Homicide Detective from
there, but he was transferred a year ago from the precinct.
"Angel, I'm back for good."
"Where have you been, Gab., do you know how much I've missed you? I was so worried
about you when you never called or wrote. I thought we..."
He touched her lips with his hand and said softly in her ear,
"We were good together, Angel, and want that again."
The phone rang and Montana couldn't pry herself from Gabriel.
"Montana, please call me back when you get in."
Oh, no it's Michael.
"Gabriel, I can explain..."
"Don't bother, Angel..."
"... about my ex-boyfriend."
Gabriel looked down at her and smiled before kissing her. The kiss was a welcome from
the little kisses Michael gave her... well, forced on her. Gabriel held her tight against him
and ...
"Montana, wake up we're here."
Montana opened her eyes and looked around Tony's expensive car. She groaned and
blinked back the tears. It was all a dream. Gabriel wasn't back.
"Hey, kid, what's wrong?"
"Nothin' just a good dream with a bad endin'."
Sorry, I've just wrote the ending to this story. I hope you like how it ends
